I am extremely sorry to inform you dear but Delhi University doesn't offer BA- B Ed integrated course.

Admission can be provided on the basis of both merit i. e marks obtained by you in class 12th board examination and on the basis of entrance examination as well. Though entrance is more common for admission in BA B. ED

For example,
Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi offers 4 year  integrated BA B.Ed course and  it provides admission through to CUCET entrance  examination

And
To be eligible for BA B.Ed in Central University of Jharkhand, Ranchi you must pass the 12th board examination in any stream with at least 55% marks from any recognized board.
