My percentage in class 12 is 95 but I am late to register for Delhi University. Is there any scope I can still get into it? do some colleges accept offline submission of form without registration in Delhi University?

Hey!
In case you have applied on time, that is , filled the online application form on time then you can apply in the coming cut offs to be released by Delhi University.
But, in case, you missed filling the online application form then unfortunately you won't be able to apply for the cut offs as the application filling has been closed. And also there is no provision by which you could apply or secure an admission in Delhi University in offline manner.
