you need to separately apply for jbims with your cet score to become eligible for admission process, and this process is same for maximum b schools in india.

follow the official website for management colleges and check regularly for any upcoming application form details.

For that have to check if there are separate form or not. And if you give CET then do the college accepts it for admission. If not then you have to give both. First check it.
It is necessary to do research before making a decision. And you will be the one who will go through the whole process and you should know what is the actual process and how it is done.
So make a research and decide then what you want to do. If appearing one exam makes your job then go for it. If no then appear for both keeping in note that you will do your best in both. It's not like I have another exam lets me do it as per I am prepared.
