No, you need not to register separately for these medical cources for MBBS , BDS , BAMS etc  you only need to register for once only. As there is a single entrance exam for these course which is conducted by GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTH UNIVERSITY.  and after entrance exam , result will be declared in few days. 

And the schedule for counseling will also get released After the result and you net to tegister yourself for the counseling procedure. And also pay the fees for the counseling, and the colleges will be provided to you affilated to ip university in counseling rounds as per your rank. And centre will be alloted to you for the doccumnet verification. WHich is neccessory.
