No, Birla Institute of Technology and Science Pilani, Goa does not offer 5 year B.Arch.It offers only B.tech in undergraduation level and  M.tech, MSc and PhD.You may check the course list here https://www.careers360.com/colleges/bits-pilani-goa-campus
