Central University of Tamil Nadu don't offer MCA course. Some of the Central Universities offering MCA course are:

• CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF KARNATAKA
• CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF HARYANA
• CENTRAL UNIVERSITY OF HYDERABAD

Apart from this you can check others, but I won't find any universities else offering MCA.
