Mridul,

I think it refers to people who have done schooling from Delhi NCR. Such people are eligibile for the domicile quota under DTU and NSIT, Delhi.Every state has institutions where there is reservation for localites! It applies to cases of NITs, state government colleges and universities.

i had a doubt , i passed my 12 class from delhi so i will be considered from delhi region but my SC caste certificate is issued from rajasthan govt. because i am from rajasthan , so will i get reservation in dtu/nsit ?
