I would suggest you to go for B.SC Computer science from DU. It has got huge scope and future prospects is also high. Cutoffs ranges from 94-97 for top colleges like Shaheed Sukhdev Singh college and all.

You can also go for M.sc after you B.Sc which will make you profile way better and above the B.tech level.
