Hello there,
Yes ews is applicable is applicable for state counselling if you are under neet.
You need to get your documents verified in time that your family income is less than 8 lakhs per year. Your family must not own more than 5 acres of land and you have to fulfill all these criterias. Only then will you be eligible under this category
