Dear candidate

As president dent given his assent to the was quota bill it becomes law in India from that date .and hence each and every colleges and universities of the country have to implement it from 2019 admission onwards.so DTU is not the exception in this case.go ahead and claim your ews category quota for admission if you really belong to ews category.

But I am also from delhi with ews rank 8944.. and CRL is 72k ... I want to say dtu is under delhi govt. So, will ews implement on it?

Yes as EWS quota has been imposed by NTA this year and jee mains is conducted by NTA so every College that's accepting admissions on the basis of jee mains has EWS quota in them too. And DTU is affiliated to jee mains and give admissions in btech through jee mains only hence there has to be EWS quota validity there

And they ( Delhi govt) is also not making ews certificate

but DTU and NSUT are under delhi government and i don't think any such legislation has been passed by delhi government.
