Hello

The 15 percent quota is the state which you like to take admission and 85 pecentage is the the state where you are residing or yiu have studied and tjose 85 percent will be given to localites.and the 15 percent seats to other state students.

Yes sir that I know......But now when neet form editing is going on so I thought I have to edit it for Tamil nadu bcoz there are a lot govt. Colleges there than in up .
Earlier I had filled uttar Pradesh in it as I m residing in it......So should I replace it by Tamil nadu or not??

Yes you can replace to tamil nadu because 15 percebt seats are for the states which you aee inteerested to take admission other than you state.
