As per the details mentioned by you, You are eligible only to opt for two year general M. Com degree in international business offered by ignou. IGNOU also offers different courses in mcom but eligibility for those courses differs. Few courses are:

• Master of Commerce in Finance & Taxation (MCom (F&T))
• Master of Commerce in Business Policy and Corporate Governance (MCom (BP & CG))
• Master of Commerce in Management Accounting & Financial Strategies (MCom(MA&FS))
