JNTU will be a good option as it is quite famous and recgnized in the south India. There are other campus and affiliated under the university and they perform very well.

You should prefer JNTU. Osmania is also a famous university but the work and performance of JNTU in research and development is good. They work on trending topics and implements them and publishes papers. There are many documentation registered.

Kakatiya University is not much recognized but the facility provided is good and you can learn the concepts very well.
