Here , i will suggest you that IIT is more important than anything else.The faculty and the students are the best in IITs which is more important for any education . The faculty and the students are the best in IITs which is more important for any education.I think Any IIT is far far better than most of the institutes in India.

All the colleges are good..for ECE..as in future Ece will be in demand. .So each of the above colleges are good at infrastructures and studies as well as the palcements are also too good  in these colleges..and has good and higher companies..

When compared amongst all the mentioned colleges for studying the specified branch, One could opt for JNTU or IIIT as well as among all the colleges these both colleges have good ratings for the branch. Talking about placements JNTU has a good record of placements for students of EC branch with average salary packages of 3LPA. Other facilities like labs, canteen, faculty, academics are good at both JNTU and IIIT. So you can opt for either of the both colleges but if placements are your major concern then you could opt for JNTU.
