Do not panic dear. When you are applying for BITSAT they will give you mail and message. So check your email and go BITSAT mail. There will be present your application number. Otherwise you can check your phone message they will send you the application number via message. You will get your application number from there.

And when you are doing any work related form fill up or examination related form fill up don't hurry. Take a deep breath and work slowly and carefully then this type of problem you can avoid.
