As ews quota is newly implemented so its difficult for me to assure you that with such a score you can get admission into any nits .
But as per the cutoff information till now you cannot get admission into nit calicut with a ews rank of 6400 for electronic and communication branch.

One need to score a rank below 2k to get seat in electronics and communication branch in calicut under ews quota.
