Yes,there are chances of getting for you to get seat in Delhi Technical university Technology.As you mention you are delhi residental candidate and with 155 marks you may get electronics or some lower branch. As for core branches like computer science and information technology chances are very low for you .

Try your luck durinng counselling ,there might be chances of branch upgradation and you may get some higher branch.
