Yes, you'll be eligible to apply for government exams on the basis of graduation from IGNOU as it's a recognized university, and your degree is valid, you can appear for UPSC Civil Service/CDS,SSC CGL/CPO, state level PSCs, banking exams like SBI PO or Clerk, IBPS PO or Clerk, RRB Assistant or Officer ,Insurance Exams of NIACL, GIC, LIC for the post of Assistant or AAO,in case of RBI Assistant or NABARD Grade B Officer there is mandatory criteria of 50% aggregate and in case of RBI Grade B officer 60% aggregate in 10th, 12th and graduation is important, overall you can apply for any job as long you meet the eligibility criteria, the degree is valid and IGNOU is the largest distance learning University in India.

Zaman ahmed , In government sector there are various post for graduate like upsc, state psc, bank po, clerk. But in order to archive, you need to study hard practice regularly take mock test and evaluate yourself. You can also focus on core subjects like operating system, database, data structure and algorithm.
