You have a good rank but the course is introduced in IP University just last year and there are just VIPS and FIMT offering the course with limited seats. Moreover, there is 75% reservation for students from Delhi so it makes your case a little difficult. I would suggest that you wait for the subsequent rounds of counselling, you do have a fair chance.
