Hey Rajesh!
The concept of distance learning in engineering is not so much prevalent in India. You may look for opportunities abroad.
If you want to pursue a distance learning course from India, your options would be limited. Some colleges are:
Aligarh Muslim University
Karnataka State Open University-Sunshine Academy for Learning
IGNOU Ahemdabad Regional Center
