You can get admission in private college. Here is the list of top private college of law in mumbai:

1. Amity University, Mumbai

2. Asmita College of law

Could you be more specific regarding which CET exam you are talking about of you are talking about MHCET than I am sorry to say that your chances are pretty tough even with domicile of maharashtra state it is tough with your marks.
