If you want to appear for JAC counselling than you must have your JEE-Main Rank and to be eligible for admissions to the four colleges under JAC you should have your class 12th result and you should satisfy other eligibility criteria which you can check out from the link given below and there is no any minimum mark criteria to be come eligible for JAC counselling :- JAC Delhi 2021 - Exam Date, Notification, Registration, Syllabus, Pattern (careers360.com)
If you have to sit for JEE-Advance then you should clear the qualifying cut-off percentiles which is released along with the final result of JEE-Main and for JEE-Main 2021 the final result will be released after all four attempts will be completed and the final result will be on the basis of your best score amongst different attempts. However basis on previous year's cut-off trends we can help you with the expected qualifying cut-offs for this year :-
