hello I want to know .can I go for any other state counselling like TNEA .how much chance for cs branch if I score 80 marks in jee main .

TNEA don't consider JEE Main Score. All the states conduct their own entrance exam to take admission expect participating states.
You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.
