Hello
Hope you are doing fine!
It's a very good thing that you want to go to south Korea for your higher education, since they have a very good education system and have a wide career options  You can obviously go there alone without having anyone there, there are a lot of Indian students who Live there and live in hostels of apartments. However , obviously you can't go there without your parents permission as you will be needing a lot of documents and other things too . So, it's better to talk to them before making any decision.
