hello aspirant,
strictly speaking ,none of the college will not do that criteria.
it all depends on your marks you scored in the exam and also your rank.
regarding admission in SRM university, you need to write an entrance exam called "SRMJEE", well depending up on marks you scored and only after you meet the eligible criteria for particular branches then only you are giving admission in that particular branch.

well aspirant, undoubtedly ,SRM university is the leading and top university providing the worthy and quality education.
every year students are passing out with a good percentage and satisfactory result.
regarding placements statistics ,the university stands as a bench mark offering a high salary packages to the students.
top companies like wipro, Accenture, amazon,google,and tech mahindra visiting College every year and offering a high salary packages around a range of 10-25 lakhs per annum depending up on the skills of students
