I completely agree that if you are suffering from a health problem which is related to sitting for long hours at a constant place, it's very difficult for you to give the exam without any back support.

You must take your belt and other medical equipments if needed, and must contact the invigilator or any other official stating your problem and showing them the medical prescription as a proof.
