See both of the colleges are private ones in the engineering field. With the rank of 11k in COMEDK exam u won't be able to get a good seat in the RVCE but u can easily bag a good stream in the SRM KTR to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. So I would prefer u to go for the SRM as u will be getting other college like RAMAIYAH , DAYANANDA SAGAR COLLEGE , KLE , NITTIE MEENAKSHI , ACHARYA , etc for ur btech career. I am studying in VIT and many of my friends are in SRM. Now talking about COMEDK rank, with this rank you will not be able to land in top 5 colleges for CSE branch but you can get other branches if the seats remain empty in these top institutes. If you don't have any problem with the other branches the i would recommend you to try for COMEDK counselling and if CSE is your preference then go for SRM as it is not that bad. The fee for SRM would be much high than the fee of the colleges through COMEDK. The colleges for which you have chances of getting admission under CSE through COMEDK are:

• SJBIT
• NITTE MEENAKSHI
• DYANANDA SAGAR

And if you don't care about the branch then go for these colleges in karnataka, 

• Ramaiah institute of technology 
• NIE mysore 
• RVCE banglore 
• Banglore institute of technology
