It depends on which you colleges you consider as Top 10 colleges.

According to me, there is a certain Top 5 and then it is all about opinion, which is from 6 to 10 rank.

My Top 5 colleges through TS EAMCET are-

1. JNTUH, Hyderabad

2. Osmania University, Hyderabad

3. CBIT, Hyderabad

4. Vasavi College of Engineering, Hyderabad

5. VNR VJIET, Hyderabad

Based on TS EAMCET 2018 cutoff ranks, you will not be able to get any of these Top 5 colleges.

But, if you want to TS EAMCET 2018 cutoff ranks of some other college, then please follow the given link-

Pv, I will list down the top colleges you can get admission in under TS EAMCET. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. You can try for admission in these top colleges  for CSE, IT and ECE (decreasing order of preference):-

• Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology
• M V S R Engineering College
• JNTU College Of Engineering Manthani

But again it depends on the number of students who appeared for the exam and as well as the difficulty of the paper.
