Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that last year the maximum rank in OBC Delhi which was accepted was approximate 13000 rank. With this rank it might be difficult to get a decent college in IPU. You can look for other private colleges which offers admission on the basis of their respective entrance test or personal interview round.
