Hi,

Hope you are doing great.

No, you can't use the same rank or marks you got in 2017 to get admission in any of the courses in 2020. You have to appear again for the emcet 2020 and has to grab a good rank to join the course of your choice. There is no such norm which makes you to use the same rank as of 2017.
