Students can apply for postgraduate and doctoral programmes offered by the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Hyderabad. NIPER Hyderabad admissions are offered in the following branches: pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology and toxicology, pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical technology and pharmaceutical management. NIPER Hyderabad courses offered for admission are M.B.A. Pharm Pharmaceutical Management, M.S. Pharma Pharmaceutical Analysis, M.Tech Pharmaceutical Technology Process Chemistry etc. 

Students aspiring to take admission in M.S. (Pharma), M.B.A. Pharm Pharmaceutical Management, M.Tech (Pharma) must appear for NIPER JEE. NIPER Hyderabad admission to M.S. (Pharma) and M.Tech (Pharma) is offered based on the counselling procedure. The counselling is based on merit obtained by candidates in the entrance examination. NIPER Hyderabad admission to M.B.A. Pharm Pharmaceutical Management is offered based on the performance of candidates in the entrance examination, group discussion and interview. Candidates have to appear for the National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Joint Entrance Examination for admission to Ph.D. programmes followed by an interview. NIPER Hyderabad PG Admissions

Admission to postgraduate courses such as M.S (Pharma), M.Tech (Pharma), etc is offered based on the performance of candidates in the entrance examination- NIPER JEE. For NIPER Hyderabad M.B.A. Pharm Pharmaceutical Management, students have to appear for NIPER JEE followed by group discussion and interview. Weightage given for entrance examination and group discussion and interview shall be in proportion of 85:15.
