WHat course are you pursuing currently? What is your CGPA/percentage of maks acquired? There have been instances when the top universities abroad have accepted students without a basic degree, but these are exceptional students.

You may write to the university with your questions and know whether you should apply or not.For admissions to universities abroad in your case, I would suggest you to decide which university and program you are interested in. Then, to know if you are eligible for the program or not, email the respective university admission coordinators your transcripts and other academic credentials.
