I'm currently pursuing bcom in Gitam distance education programme without 12th, do I meet the eligiblity criteria of upsc?

Hi,
Well being a high school graduate and completion of 12 years of schooling is kind of required for all different types of exams in any field that you want to sit for. Similarly it is hardly possible for you to sit for the exam without completion of class 12th.

I've completed my education in regular schooling till 10th via Maharashtra board sir, I couldn't complete my education after that due to personal reasons, hence took admission in distance for direct graduation programme which is approved by DEB-UGC, I'm asking if I'm eligible to appear for upsc with that degree?
