Hello there. Considering that you are a girl by seeing from your name, yes you can get the seat in IIT with that preparatory rank. As in the round 1 counseling the preparatory rank was around 1100 for female candidates so by seeing that it looks easy for you to grab the seat in upcoming rounds.
