Seems this might not be a problem. If the two photos are entirely different then I suggest you to take one Identity Authorization letter from gazetted officer. You can also show the the identification Marks mentioned in your secondary leaving certificate too. But from Next time onwards , Make sure that you are producing same photos which is used at the time of application. If any doubts, pls feel free to ask.

Having different pictures at the time of upload and appearance is not at all a problem as long as you're recognisable easily in both the pictures. In your case, the difference between the time periods of pictures clicked isn't much so that surely won't be a problem.
