No you can't get cs in vit Bhopal because your rank is not enough to be a part of counselling.

Since you got the large amount of rank in VITEEE and according to your rank you will lie under slot 4 of phase 3 counselling and it will be hard for you to take the branches like CSE/IT and other core branches, may be you will get other branches like Chemical etc. in bhopal campus.
