Hello, we are basically from Madhya Pradesh but currently, we are living in Maharashtra and my Brother had done his 10th and 12th from Maharashtra so Is he comes under the reserved category for MHTCET which is for Maharashtra Student only? If yes then domicile certificate will be necessary to have?

Hey Roopal

You will only get reservation if you are applying for Central body University and for that you need to generate domicile certificate. Otherwise you will not get any reservation in state/private University and so there is no need of generating domicile certificate.
