Designer could explore career options as industrial designers, graphic designers, interior decorators, fashion designers, design engineers, art directors, product managers and many more. Opportunities in fine art industries include jobs as illustrators, creative directors and animators.

Yes, designers can go for government jobs also. The government institutes such as National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), National Institute of Design, The Indian Textile Industry, etc recruits talented B.Des graduates for various posts. You can also seek out for a job in any of the nationalized banks or railway or defense or civil service after qualifying exams like SSC, PSC, UPSC, etc. You can also go for teaching as a professor.
