Yes the student is eligible to apply for TNEA counselling 2019.Tamilnadu native students who have pursed their 8th,9th,10th,11th and 12th from schools outside Tamilnadu, should enclose a copy of the nativity certificate only in online mode(digitally signed e-certificate).He/She is eligible to apply.
