Based on your overall academic profile and category,  you will need to score atleast 90 percentile in CAT to get a call for the next round.

On the basis of last year records, you can get a call for second round of extempore and interview with 90+ percentile but actually, that won't be enough for you to get admission in FMS because generally FMS keeps cut off to call students for second round at a very low level and around 2100 students of all categories are called for total 200 seats.

Earlier FMS used to give a lot more weightage to CAT marks and 0% weightage for academic records but recently it has changed its admission procedure and now weightages are 60% for CAT marks, 5% for 10th class, 5% for 12th class, 10% GD, 5% extempore and 15% interview.

So in order to ensure your selection, you still need to aim for atleast 96+ percentile with a good performance in the second round as 30% weightage is for the second round.

All the best!!
