Hey,
First off be sure of your calling. You need to get thing straight that nothing comes easy and you got to put in lots of efforts no matter what,but if you take up a course you are passionate about things become little bit easier.
If you are sure about JEE Mains or NEET then you can give it a shot one more time. You have scored well in 12th,so you may also go for undergraduation from a good University like the Delhi University or Mumbai University. You can study courses like B.Sc or BA or B.Com depending upon your choice.All these fields come up with different opportunities. You may even go for CLAT which is five year integrated programme only if you want to be lawyer. In short,there is no dearth of opportunities,you just need to find your way.
Now coming to Amrita University and Sastra University,both are good at their own place but there are. Colleges better than them where you can get admission very easily because of your marks in 12th.

Just choose wisely! You just write JEE and NEET try for both AMRITA and SASTRA. But Amrita offers quality education!I don't know about SASTRA.Where are you from?
