Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-I
Eligibility- Candidate must have secured more than 95% marks in 10+2 (First 35 students irrespective of the branch and JEE score in the first year).
Number of Scholarships - 35
Value of Scholarship- Tuition Fee and Development Fee waive off

Scholarship 2

Institute offers following scholarship for UG students:
Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-II
Eligibility- Candidate must have secured more than 90% marks in 10+2 (NEXT 45 students irrespective of the branch and JEE score in the first year).
Number of Scholarships - 45
Value of Scholarship- Tuition Fee Fee waive off

Scholarship 3

Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-III
Eligibility- First 10% of admitted students (other than over and above intake) in each discipline on the basis of ranking by TIET. The students must have secured more than or equal to 85% marks in 10+2.
LEET students shall also be eligible from 3rd year onwards on the basis of merit.
Any fraction will be converted to next whole number e.g. if 10% of admitted students comes 11.2 then 12 scholarships will be given.
Number of Scholarships - 187 (approx).
Value of Scholarship- Half of the Tuition Fee waive off.

Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-IV (A)
Eligibility- Candidate must have secured more than 95% marks in 10+2.
Number of Scholarships - 01.
Value of Scholarship- Tuition Fee and Development Fee waive off.

Scholarship 5

Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-IV (B)
Eligibility- Candidate must have secured more than 90% marks in 10+2.
Number of Scholarships - 01.
Value of Scholarship- Tuition Fee waive off.

Scholarship 6

Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-IV (C)
Eligibility:- First 10% of admitted students (other than over and above intake) in B.Tech. (Biotechnology) on the basis of ranking by TIET. The students must have secured more than or equal to 85% marks in 10+2. Any fraction will be converted to next whole number e.g. if 10% of admitted students comes 11.2 then 12 scholarships will be given.
Number of Scholarships - 5 (approx).
Value of Scholarship- Half of the Tuition Fee waive off.

Scholarship 7

Name of the Scholarship - Merit Scholarships-V
Eligibility:- LEET student admitted in B.E./ B.Tech. 2nd year. Scholarships will be awarded to first position holder in the entrance examination conducted by TIET in each stream/ discipline.
Number of Scholarships - 10 (approx).
Value of Scholarship- Half of the Tuition Fee waive off
