Could you please inform me if you belong to any particular category under the KEAM guidelines? 

Because with a rank of 43,374 it would be tough for you to secure admission in any college through the KEAM counseling but if you belong to certain category's such as DK or ST or PD the cutoff rises drastically and that will allow you to secure a seat in some branches of engineering through KEAM counseling.

Please refer the above list to compare the cut-offs against your particular category and you will be able to determine whether or not you will secure a seat through the KEAM.
