i am assuming you to be from general category and from different state than that of karnataka-

wih your percentile of 97.7 you wont be getting mechanical in NIT surakatkal.

But congratulations, you would be getting both ECE AND CSE in IIIT DHARWAD.

Howvever these are based on previous years cutoffs.it may vary from year to year and student to sutdent,category to category.
