Hi Raju,

There is NO possibility to get CSE based on your GMR rank, BUT, you still have a chance through your SC rank i.e. 3293.

This is because of last year's cutoff which was-

After Round 4-

Opening Rank- 209 and Closing Rank- 3370

You might get the CSE branch in Jadavpur University, Kolkata after Round 4 because the cutoff rank for SC goes above 3,000.
