Hi sir, I have completed my 2years course JOC(equivalent to PU) from Karnataka Vacational Board in 2010. Karnataka Govt banned those coursesin 2010, will i be eligible to apply any state govt jobs available on 12th class basis.

As you mentioned that you have completed the 12th and equivalent course in 2010 which suggests that your age is quite high and having said that you might also have done graduation by now. In that case you don't need to to apply and infact you cannot apply for any exam based on your 12th marks. You will have to apply for any government exam based on your graduation marks and degree.
