Hello,

BA in culinary arts is the study of culinary in kitchen arts like the modern trends application in traditional foods or normal foods . The main work only kitchen.

BSC in culinary arts is not present it's BSC in hotel management. This is not only food also the reception the hospitality of the hotel etc. It's all around.

Now if you are interested in only cooking then join BA in culinary but if you are want to be management things also then join BSC in culinary arts.

Normally you can give South India state common entrance examination.. Also give the iihmca i.e. Indian institute of hotel management and culinary arts common entrance examination. After that you can join this colleges.

All the best.
