As per VITEEE elgibilty given below,

the studnets must have secured an aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology in the qualifying examination(+2/ Intermediate). You need to pass in the examination. However if you write supply and pass then you are elgible to attend the counselling. Anyways for your rank you can get CSE at VIT University, Vellore. The tution fee is 1,98,000/- per year. The hostel fee is 72,300/- per year. The highest pay package is 39 lakhs and average is 5 lakhs per annum.
