It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 45023-51086 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students

As you have not mentioned your category so assuming that are from general category so according to the 2019 cut off for various government colleges in punjab were as follows
1.Government Medical College, Amritsar - 523marks
2.Government Medical College, Patiala - 537 marks
3.Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital, Faridkot - 518 marks
So from this trend you don't have a chance to get seat in government college but you can get private medical colleges
