Hello Sharad, if you have not cleared the cutoff then you won't be eligible to any of the NITs, IIITs, GFTI because their base criteria is: The candidate should have passed the JEE Mains exam. You should apply to other colleges which give admission after conducting their own test or apply in private universities under management quota.
